The Internet gives almost unlimited possibilities of obtaining incomes working from a computer from virtually any corner of the world. I observed that there are many programs promising incomes without implying any skills for the user. The reason for what I don’t believe in success without skills is called COMPETITION.
The internet business means a very competitive business environment because the money stake is high. Yes, your competitors are sometimes small, medium or even large enterprises with specialised staff, high tech capabilities, inside information about moves in how the search engines work and more.
If you are just beginning in internet marketing, you are going to find that starting a blog is very easy to do. Anyone can sign up for a free blog, and then proceed to market basically anything that they want to. Because blogs are free to have and make, this makes blog marketing even better. However, can just anyone that owns a blog do it and do it effectively so that it gets results? Yes, just about anyone that has a little bit of internet knowledge and common sense can market a blog so that it will get the results that you are looking for. If you want to begin marketing a blog that you started a while ago, and are familiar with blogging and what that entails then you are a step ahead of the beginners.
If you are beginner blogger, then there are some things that you will need to know. The simplest thing that you can do is to start one, and just journal in it for a while. This will allow you to learn just what it takes and what it is all about to keep up a blog. When you are just journaling your thoughts and what is on your mind, you have nothing to lose and nothing to gain. You don’t even have to make your blog public if you don’t want others to read what you have to say. That is a personal preference. However, doing this will let you see how it works. Then you can move on to trying to market a product or a service. Just to get familiar with blogging though, you should have a practice one. You will be glad that you did that later.
Content is king, and so very important when you are marketing a blog, website, or whatever you choose to market. When you have your own blog, you are in charge of the content that is posted on it. You can decide what is said, and what is not. You are after all writing it all, right? So, the sky is the limit. Whether you want a blog that does website reviews and takes nominations, or you want to sell things that you make out of your home, the choice is yours. Using some blog to get the word out about whatever you want too is a great way to market and promote something. You will get results that you will love by using good content that is original.
Blog marketing is only as complicated as you make it. You are going to see that anyone can market something if they have the mind set to do so. Getting your blog up and going is the first step and most important one make sure that you have chosen a topic niche that will get you good results as well. As that will mean that there is not as much competition for the topics that you choose, but yet there are many searches that are done for it as well. Finding a niche that hardly no one else has touched is kind of hard to do at times, but can be done if you look hard enough. Start by thinking about things that interest you and things that you like to do yourself. If at all possible, find something that you know all about all ready or can learn quickly to become an expert in that field.
Blog marketing is all about results. If you market long enough and hard enough, you are going to get the results that you want and are looking for. The keys to achieving this are patience and determination.
Getting your blog out there and known will be your biggest challenge, but just know that the harder you work at it, it will pay off. Find sites that are related to the market you are promoting, but not in direct competition and ask for link exchanges.

3 Easy Steps to Blogging For Profit - Micro Niche Blogs
September 3, 2010 | Leave a Comment
Micro niche blogs are all the rage these in the internet marketing world these days. Successful blogs sell for great prices on site flipping marketplaces, but I am going to show you how to start blogging for profit using the micro niche techniques. This process involves 3 steps:
1. Keyword Research. Use a free tool such as Google Keyword Tool and type up some keywords on the niche you would like to go for. This can be a physical product or a ClickBank product kind of niche, Find long tail keywords (3-7 words) that get at least 1000 product name searches or more per month. Make sure to select phrase search option rather than the default broad search. When you phrase search your keyword in Google by putting it in double quotes, there should be less than 25-30.000 competing sites coming up in the results. It is possible to get rankings for higher competition keywords, but as beginners we want to pick the low hanging fruit. There should also be plenty of AdSense ads displaying when you search this keyword, this means there is money in it. After deciding on your main keyword, pick a few more keywords related to this niche.
2. Domain registration and blog setup. Buy a domain consisting of your long tail keyword, Go for as.com domain since those rank the best. If that is not available,.net or.org is acceptable but.com is what you should go after. If it’s not available for your main keyword, then consider a synonym keyword (matching our monthly search, competition and profits criteria) or one of your secondary keywords.
Do not get an.info domain, they are very affordable but it’s extremely difficult to get them ranked in search engines. Since we are blogging for profit, we want to get the domain we can rank rather fast, Next step is to get a hosting service such as Hostgator. Do not use free blogs, these get deleted and shut down all the time, and your profits will vanish overnight.
If you are serious about blogging for profit, then get your own domain and hosting to avoid the frustration later. Once you get these squared, download the all in one SEO plugin and other WordPress plugins useful for affiliate marketing, Amazon and eBay marketing purposes. Pick a simple free theme for the start the blog. You can always purchase a premium theme later on. if you are going mostly for AdSense, I recommend using the free version of Heatmap theme since it makes it extremely easy to set up AdSense ads on your blog.
3. Content generation and monetization. Write a few 300-400 word articles for your main keyword and at least one article for each one of your secondary keywords. Make sure the content is unique and provides value to the customer. Make sure to watch out for the keyword density and do not mention your keyword more than 2-3 times in the article body. Set up your WordPress to schedule posting these articles weekly or couple times a week. Ping and social bookmark it each time new content is posted. Write shorter, watered down versions of your articles and regularly submit those to article directories.
Set up a Google AdSense account and get AdSense codes to post on your site. Then go on Amazon & eBay and set up an affiliate accounts there. If you are promoting ClickBank or other e-products, get an affiliate code for those as well. You can set up affiliate accounts for most major product vendors for digital or physical products. A good strategy is to add the multiple link AdSense ads and the large Amazon recommended products widget to your site. However, take care not to stuff it too much with AdSense, we don’t want have more ads than content.
After you complete this steps, the next thing to do is to promote your site in the blogosphere, social media, article directories and free classifieds sites.

Do You Plan Your Blog?
July 31, 2010 | Leave a Comment
Do you plan your blog? If you don’t then you should do. Unless your blog is a topical news type of blog where you really don’t know what is going to happen from one day to the next, then you should really know what you will be doing with your blog, weeks, if not months ahead.
When you first plan your blog you should really have a plan in place which you can use on this blog and any others that you have now or plan for the future. For example, some people will build a blog to take income from over the short term but with a plan to sell it as a going concern in six months time. There is nothing wrong with that plan at all and it is in fact an extremely viable proposition and there are many successful internet marketers operating in this way.
There are a great many people who would be prepared to purchase a blog or website that is making an automatic income and there would be nothing from stopping you operating this business plan with many blogs at the same time.
Back to the subject in hand of planning your blog, if you are planning to outsource your blogging it is vitally important that you plan your blog. It will save you so much time if you can get your outsourcers to write many blog posts in advance which will mean that you can basically take some time off whilst your blog posts are written and submitted without any interaction from yourself.
Whichever route that you decide to take it is important that you map out everything from the outset and you will find that this will make life so much more easier for you. It doesn’t take long to set up a plan and believe me when I tell you that it makes things so much more easier.
If you have several blogs on the go at the same time you will find that if you don’t make a plan for each blog, things will get very confusing and it has been known for people to put gardening posts on an internet marketing blog and visa versa.
It is also important that you plan your the promotion of your blog or blogs. One of the methods that you may choose for promotion is forum posting and if you are using this method and outsourcing it you can’t really have the forum posts written in advance but the outsourcer should have strict instructions in advance on which forums to post on and what kind of answers to give, and in what kind of tone, friendly I hope!
To recap, running a blog is the same as any other kind of internet business and you really should plan in advance, regarding the blog itself and the promotion of it.

Using a blog for internet marketing can increase your profits dramaticly. Most of the time people are not coming on the web to buy something, nobody wants to be sold, the are searching for information or knowledge on a certain topic or product. By providing good content you are meeting what these people are looking for and then they are in the buying thought process. So now we use our internet marketing and smoothly offer a link to an affiliate product, your own product, or maybe a separate detailed review you have written on a product with a link attached.
Pick carefully where you are going to host your blog, if you have your own hosting then this is not a problem. I have found that different blog hosts will convert differently in the long run. I have a few different blogs on blogspot and they do not convert as well as blogs I have on wordpress sites. I think that places like blogspot are more for personal blogs and online diarys then they are for the make money blogs. There are plenty of places out there to host a blog, it just takes a little research. Check you niche, where are blogs being hosted on that particular topic.
When setting up your blog know that there are plenty of pluggins out there for wordpress, some of these pluggins can increase your advertising ability on your blogs. Make sure you use your sidebars wisely, dont place ads or banners there unless you are being compensated for it. Always have an optin form in your side bar so you can increase your list for future sales. Place affiliate banners or text ads that you are getting commission or sign up credit for. Sidebar banners dont convert at a high percentage but you will get clicks from them which brings in more profit.
Finally, traffic is a crucial element to the success of your blog and if no one is viewing it you are not making anything. Use your blog address in your signature for your emails and send out updates to your list, give them a teaser and your blog link. If you use traffic exchanges or safelists you can put on something about your blog and the link, I recommend using a simple squeeze page, now you have captured a contact for your list and have gotten traffic on your blog as well. You can offer quality posts with good content on forums and people will click on the link in your signature to see what you have to offer. There are tons of ways to generate traffic use what works for you, the only other point I can offer is make sure you ping all of your posts and this will bring traffic that you already have a relationship with from your social networks.
So what do we have for you to get started:
—Provide good content, people dont want junk they want knowledge
—Pick a host for your blog, try using a place you think will convert well
—Use your sidebar wisely to ensure maximum profit from your blog
—Always use an optin form so you can grow your list
—Traffic, traffic, traffic, you need people reading your blog if you expect any sales
In closing, know there are so many more tips out there about blogs and blogging. There are ebooks available with a ton of knowledge in them which you may be able to get for free or for a small price. There are also sites out there that will setup your blog for you, all you have to do is add content. I hope you were able to grab at least one nugget of information that will help you.
Thanks for reading our article and we hope that it helped you in some way. Our goal is to be able to share knowledge and help people succeed in their online ventures. Be sure to visit our site for more on this topic and many more. Thanks Again.

When it comes to getting traffic to your blog, some marketers have more traffic advantages than others. Some blog marketers may have more money, may have more networks of friends, or may have joint ventures lined up to help jumpstart their blog business.
However for most bloggers, these advantages simply dont exist. They have to start from ground zero with no traffic and work their way up to a successful blog with hundreds or even thousands of visits per day.
While this is possible, and happens all the time, most bloggers have no idea where to begin, and have no idea of how to get targeted traffic to their blog. Or alternatively, they know how to get traffic to their blog, but are simply too lazy to do the necessary work to drive a ton of traffic there.
No matter the case, the bottom line is traffic, and whether you don’t know how to get it or are just to lazy to get - in the end, you won’t earn alot of money without it.
But the best thing about generating traffic is that once you see what is working for your blog, you can turn it into system for your business that brings you a predictable number of sales every month.
Perhaps the best thing about generating traffic is that you can do it without spending a dime. That’s right, you can get traffic to your blog for free. This might be one of the best things about internet marketing. Have you seen anything as powerful in the offline world of business? I havent, so it baffles me to see so many bloggers not utilizing the full power of the internet to make their dreams come true and lives better financially.
One of the best ways to start driving traffic to your blog is through the use of forums. Forums contain the exact people that your blog theme is about. You can enter into a forum and quickly become a recognized expert sharing your information. In return, people will want to hear or read more of your information, so they will visit your blog via the signatures that you leave after your posts.
You can use email newsletters to do the same thing. Sending out timely emails giving your readers tips on how to do something better is a great way to build credibility and build lifelong customers. At the end of each email, include a blurb about your blog and lead visitors back there.
As a result, you can benefit from the repeat traffic on a daily basis that your email newsletter alone brings. And if you have Google Adsense or affiliate programs integrated into your blog, you can benefit from the possibility of increased income from both of these online income sources.
Another great method for getting traffic to your blog is by trading links with other similar blogs and websites. If some these blogs and sites have a high page rank with Google, then your chances of moving up in the search engine rankings dramatically improve as compared to if you didn’t do anything.
When another blog links to you, usually it’s because you had a blog post that was really good, and the blog owner found your content very useful. People will link to your blog without you knowing it, which will give you a one-way backlink to your blog.
One-way backlinks are powerful because it suggests that you have something of immense value to people in your niche - which is what the search engines like to see. Two-way backlinks aren’t as powerful but are still good, as they suggest that you and another blog partnered up to share a link to each other.
Also, consider writing articles that could bring back traffic to your blog. You can write articles and submit them to any of the major article directories for immediate publishing of your content, and possible traffic to your site. The probability of you receiving traffic from your articles are high, and this is one of the main ways that bloggers drive traffic to their blogs all the time.
Also when creating your blog, be sure that your blog is search engine friendly. Sparingly include relevant keywords throughout your blog so that the search engines can find you and rank you high for a particular keyword. Also, be sure to write and post to your blog often as the search engines love fresh, new content. The more relevant content you provide for the search engines, the more they will visit you and index your pages in the search results.
Just be sure not to overdue posting on a daily basis as this can be considered spamming. You don’t want your valuable blog to be considered as a “splog” - or spam blog. 1-3 posts per day is a great start, and will eventually get you the targeted visitors that you desire. Keep these great blog traffic tips in mind when marketing your blog online.
